Cetin Port Hotel

I was looking for a review like mine but didn’t find one, so I’m leaving this for others, especially for women. I stayed here for 11 nights. I requested a room on the 2nd floor or higher, and they gave it to me. They cleaned my room upon request, which I prefer as it feels more secure—no one enters my room daily without my knowledge. The cleaning was thorough; the floor was spotless, with no hair or dust left. They changed my bedsheets several times during my stay, and towels were also replaced after each cleaning. Bottled water was provided as well. There was a mini fridge in my room where I stored my sheet masks and drinks. The room included a safe box and plenty of storage space. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. No one bothered me with tours or services, nor did anyone make me feel uncomfortable by staring or asking for my number. I was treated with respect. Since it can feel risky to travel alone these days, I checked mirrors and closets, and after 11 nights, I can say that this hotel felt safe and comfortable. The shower was fantastic, and the bed was great. Some reviews say the rooms are cramped, but I found it comfortable. I stored my suitcase under the mirror and still had enough space to pray. The staff brought every order I placed on Yemeksepeti directly to my room. The location of the hotel is excellent and shown accurately on Booking. It’s in a flat area, making it very convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. My room was exactly as shown on photos.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great option for a short stay, and I would definitely consider coming back!

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Located in a very nice area directly opposite the Metro/Train entrance. We took the train from the airport to the hotel and we were very pleasantly greeted by the hotel staff and the hotel owner who is a very nice friendly man. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was great. We booked 2 rooms; a family room which has 3 single beds, a double bed, 2 restrooms, and a double room. The rooms were very clean but on the smaller size but this didn’t bother us. All the staff in the hotel were extremely nice and friendly and they made us tea and Turkish coffee every time we sat in the seats outside the hotel entrance. There is also a nice coffee shop downstairs with a 10% discount for hotel residents. We would like to thank all the staff for their help and kindness specially Mr Dauut and Mr Riaz. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and generous man. He helped us book a breakfast boat trip (highly recommended) and called around to get us a good discount. We will certainly be coming back again.
